"Works When It Wants To"
This thing works when it wants to. The storage fills up way faster than I expected, and then you run into all these annoying restrictions that make it a pain to use. It’s fine sometimes, but overall it feels more frustrating than helpful.

I started using Terabox mainly because of the free storage, and for me, that’s really the biggest selling point. I take a lot of photos and videos, so it’s nice having a place to move them instead of constantly deleting things off my phone. The uploads can be a little slow sometimes, so it’s not perfect, but considering how much space you get for free, I don’t mind too much. It’s been useful in a practical way, the huge free capacity is why I keep using it.

I’ve been using the offline access mostly when I’m traveling, especially on longer trips when I don’t want to rely on airport or hotel Wi-Fi, which always seems to be weirdly slow for no reason. Overall, it works well. Every now and then the syncing takes a little longer than I’d like, but once everything is downloaded, it’s been reliable enough for me. I’m happy with it.

TeraBox works fine for uploading files and finding what I need, so no big complaints there. But the app can feel crowded sometimes, like really crowded. There are too many popups and buttons everywhere, and it makes the whole thing feel a little messy. It’s not terrible, not terrible at all, but I do wish the interface was cleaner and easier to use.

"Videos keep buffering even with my phone charged"
My phone was charged and everything else seemed fine, but the videos kept getting blurry and buffering almost every time I tried to watch. Frustrating when you just want something to play smoothly.

"Can’t Really Trust It for Backups"
I’m kind of frustrated. The files show as synced, but then later I’ll check and half of them are missing or stuck on old versions. I don’t have time to keep double-checking everything, especially when I’m already in a rush. At this point, I just don’t trust it for backups anymore.

"The Preview Works… When It Feels Like It"
The file preview does its job for the most part, but wow, sometimes it really makes you wait like it’s building suspense before the big reveal. It’s okay overall, just not always as smooth or quick as I’d like

I ended up getting charged one time, which wasn’t a huge deal, but canceling took longer than I expected. I started noticing the same back-and-forth pattern you see with services that don’t make cancellation super straightforward. It eventually got sorted out, but the process could definitely be smoother...

The storage itself is actually good, especially for a free app. But the ads pop up way more often than I expected. I get that they need to make money somehow, but when I’m trying to upload files and it keeps interrupting me, it starts to feel a bit suspicious, like they’re pushing me to upgrade or click something. It works fine, I just wish the ads weren’t so constant...

I had a small problem logging into my account, so I reached out to support. i wasn’t expecting to hear back that quickly, but they replied within a few hours. It wasn’t a totally perfect experience, but they clearly explained what I needed to do, and it ended up working. Based on what I expected, I’d say it was good overall

As someone who uses this kind of app regularly, it’s really frustrating when I can’t even get past the login screen. It keeps failing over and over, and every time I reach out to support, I feel like I’m getting nowhere. I just want to access my account without it turning into a whole ordeal

I’ve been using TeraBox for a few months now, and it’s been solid. I don’t really trust all the shiny company promises and polished marketing stuff, but in actual use it’s hardly ever been down for me and things load just fine.

"Not worth the monthly cost"
I gave Terabox a try, but the subscription just didn’t feel worth it. There are way too many limits unless you pay, and even after paying, the price feels kind of ridiculous for what you actually get. I expected it to be a better deal compared to other cloud storage apps, but it really wasn’t. I ended up cancelling quickly because I didn’t see the point in paying every month for it

"I really wanted to like it, but…"
I really wanted to like it, but it just wasn’t reliable enough. Sometimes it work fine, then other times it randomly didn’t do what I needed. I was hoping it would be more consistent, but after using it for a while, I just don’t feel like I can fully trust it.

"Referral rewards worked fine for me"
I mostly used TeraBox for the referral rewards, and it’s been reliable so far. A couple of the rewards didn’t show up right away, so it’s definitely not instant, but they did come through eventually. The app isn’t perfect and can feel a little slow sometimes, but for referrals, it does what it says. I’m giving it 4 stars because I think the payout tracking could be a bit clearer.

"Doesn’t work well between devices"
I tried using Terabox on my phone, laptop, and in the browser, and it’s kind of a mess. Stuff I uploaded would show up on one device, then not be there on another, like the sync just half-works or something. The app also feels different depending on where you use it, which makes it more annoying. The Windows version was buggy for me too. If you move between devices a lot like I do, it gets frustrating quick

"Easy to control the notifications"
I like that TeraBox makes the notifications easy to manage. Like, I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of confusing menus or anything... I just turned off the alerts I don’t really need, and now it’s not bugging me all day. It’s a small thing, but it makes the app much nicer to use.
